We are looking for a Finance Manager, based in Indonesia or Malaysia (Remote). You will be required to work closely with the respective finance managers and head of finance on all matters relating to finance.
What you'll do:

• Prepare lease accounting entries in accordance with IFRS16 for the APAC markets
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to complete the audit
• Maintain and upkeep fixed asset register to ensure proper accountability of assets, compliance to policy
• Prepare financial statements and statutory reports, ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Prepare/review Group consolidated financial reports by performing consolidation entries, eliminations and adjustments
• Assist in preparation of annual report
• Review tax computation and liaise with tax agents
• Prepare the group consolidation for management reporting, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures
• Lead and oversee the accounts of all subsidiary companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory & regulatory requirements
• Perform analytical review on consolidated statements

Who you are:

• Certified Public Accountant (CA) would be preferred
• Min. Degree in Accountancy
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Team player, meticulous and a positive working attitude
• Experience with NetSuite is an added advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in Accountancy with minimum 3 years of audit experience preferred
• Good time management & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Experience with food and beverage industry is an added advantage
