Job Description

Job description:

- Supervise and guide the customer service team to ensure they provide efficient and friendly customer support services.

- Manage the team's daily work schedule, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

- Perform service quality inspections to ensure the accuracy of solutions and customer satisfaction.

- Handle complaints and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and providing appropriate remedies.

- Collaborate with other departments to improve products and services and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Analyze customer feedback and data to provide recommendations for improving customer support strategies and processes.


Job requirement:

- Possess extensive customer service experience in the gaming industry, with at least 3 years of experience in customer service management.

- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing effective relationships with a diverse workforce.

- Exhibit outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of making accurate judgments in urgent situations.

- Display team leadership and motivational skills, able to inspire the potential of team members.

- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and priorities.

- Familiar with the gameplay and characteristics of RO games, with a deep understanding of the RO gaming community.

- Have experience and expertise in conducting quality checks on employee complaints.

- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
