Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative (Indonesia)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for building relationships, and a keen understanding of the building materials and flooring industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to our company's growth in the Indonesian market.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and other decision-makers in the building and construction industry.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into sales.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our flooring solutions.
  4. Provide expert advice and support to clients, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate flooring solutions for their projects.
  5. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and client requirements.
  6. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing regular feedback to management to inform strategic decision-making.
  8. Achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, representing the company and promoting our products and services.
  10. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and project information in the company CRM system.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials, flooring, or construction industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  6. Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
  7. Knowledge of the local market and relevant industry contacts.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  9. Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  10. Willingness to travel within Indonesia for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
