Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative (Indonesia)
We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for building relationships, and a keen understanding of the building materials and flooring industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to our company's growth in the Indonesian market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and other decision-makers in the building and construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into sales.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our flooring solutions.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate flooring solutions for their projects.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and client requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing regular feedback to management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, representing the company and promoting our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and project information in the company CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials, flooring, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the local market and relevant industry contacts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
