What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Identify and target potential toll manufacturing customers and develop new business relationships
• Negotiate and close deals with customers to achieve sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support
• Track and report on sales activities and results
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth

What you need

• Ability to develop and implement strategic business development plans
• Knowledge of toll manufacturing processes and industry trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
