Position: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid, Jakarta, Indonesia
Right now we are expanding the Indonesia team and looking for a seasoned and ambitious Senior Business Development Manager in Jakarta who will launch KIT Global 360 degrees services into Indonesia.
The role entails the following:
- Assist the Global teams in understanding local requirements and filling the gaps to acquire clients;
- Understand the potential client's requirements, brief the global delivery teams, and collaborate on client strategies and growth plans;
- Work closely with the Global team to gain a better understanding of our global capabilities and advocate for this practice in Indonesia;
- Respond to inbound leads and attend industry events to generate new leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, sales engagement, sales closure, and delivery;
- Establishing processes for briefing, prospecting, pitching, commercial, and delivery;
- Collaborate with the Country Manager to manage and expand the performance marketing vertical in Indonesia;
- Cross sell other company solutions to clients, such as CPA, SEO, SMM, Web, Mobile and others;
- Perform scoping, develop commercial proposals, and present them to clients;
What we expect:
- Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team
- Well networked with advertisers, agencies, brands and other digital marketing ecosystem in Indonesia;
- Working knowledge of tracking 360 degrees digital marketing and solutions model;
- Result oriented, self-motivated, passionate and an enthusiastic, contributing team member with the ability to work independently with management, guidance, and supervision;
- 5 years of experience in business development preferably for performance marketing in mobile apps;
- Great team player with a desire to work in a high growth, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional communications skills both oral & written;
- Sound technical knowledge of 360 degrees digital marketing technologies trending today;
- Fluent in English is a must;
