• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and markets
• Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyze the data to support decision-making in terms of product improvement
• Assist in developing sales and marketing materials
• Identify, contact, and promote the business online to generate leads from prospective customers or partner companies
• Analyze industry trends and perform competitive analysis
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute business development strategies

• Good in English written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing software is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Available to start working immediately and able to commit to a 6 months internship on a full-time basis.
• Able to work on-site in Yogyakarta, with a hybrid (onsite-remote) working arrangement.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Communication or economic business graduate from a reputable university or final year student and interested in developing business for new products.
