Role & Responsibilities

• Be involved in cooperation with external partners
• Proactive communication with the client and successful processing of all assigned incoming inquiries
• Actively researching new business opportunities
• Coordinate running signed projects/contracts in cooperation with other departments
• Consultative sales and account management and maintaining relationship with clients from first contact with client until contract payment confirmation and renewal/new service signing
• Manage the consultation with the client related to their business plan
• Be informed about updates regarding to the government regulation knowledge about projects
• Take active role in growth initiatives and services development
• Preparing proposals and quotation related to the client’s project
• Mentoring of the consultants in probation period
• Proper filling in company administration tools and systems in order to comply with internal processes

Requirements

• Self motivated to exceed targets and grow personally and professionally
• Responsible approach to job duties and administration
• Minimum bachelor degree (preferred in business or law)
• Pleasant personality
• Have minimum 2-3 years’ job experience in consulting, sales or law
• Experience in managing events
• Professional approach to clients
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent English (ability to speak other language is a plus)
• Professional working experience with Word, Excel, Power Point, Email
• Ability to work independently and with the team
