This position will be responsible for 1P retail & supply chain management for one of Mitra Bukalapak's business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s retail operations.
• Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures.
• Create standard operating procedures and best practices in terms of performance monitoring in order to optimize quality and delivery time.
• Manage logistics and outbound transportation processes. Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
• Promotes “total customer satisfaction” (delivery, quality etc.) within all processes.
• Develop long-term strategies for the retail operations.
• Strive to achieve world-class supply chain management for 1P retail business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Supplier negotiation skills, proven cost reduction efforts and experience with contracts.
• Experience supporting and developing emerging markets.
• In depth knowledge and experience with key supply chain & retail business processes, best practices and implementing process improvements.
• 10+ years of broad retail & supply chain management experience in progressively senior positions.
• Demonstrable analytical abilities to assess financial impacts of any changes to logistics service requirements.
• Minimum bachelor's degree from top university with related study field / master's degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical, financial & P&L skill.
• Ability to manage Third Party Logistics (3PL), freight companies and other logistics suppliers.
