Hi! We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team!
What you will do:
1.Provide high quality customer service and maintain a long term relationship with current and potential customers with warm greetings and excellent service.
2.In charge of daily operations (input order and quality control check including packing).
3.In charge of inventory (responsible to manage and update all stocks regularly).
4.In charge of data entry for accounting purpose.
We are looking for:
1.High school diploma, general education degree in relevant field.
2.Undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome.
3.Have proven experience in administration and customer service is a plus point.
4.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
5.A fun, energetic, honest, attention to detailed, initiative, and charismatic personality.
6.A genuine interest in fashion and administration.
7.Willing to learn something new.
8.Have a good communication skills.
9.Ability to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
with competing deadlines and priorities.
