Job Description

Kamar Dagang dan Industri Indonesia (KADIN Indonesia) or the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is an umbrella organization for private sectors, established by law No. 1/1987 and since then has become Indonesian governments’ strategic partner to help drive Indonesia’s economic growth development, particularly in trade and investment.


Established in 2009, the KADIN Indonesia Business Service Desk (KADIN BSD) is the international and business unit of KADIN Indonesia, acting as the bridge between Indonesian and foreign businesses in trade and investment facilitating both inward and outward business activities.


KADIN BSD is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented for Finance and Administration Officer position. As the Finance and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in performing the following key responsibilities:


  • Process salary payments and manage BPJS (social security) contributions.
  • Coordinate business trip arrangements, including ticketing, accommodation, and transportation for both domestic and overseas travel. Calculate and track transportation expenses related to business trips.
  • Take responsibility for receiving, recording, and reporting all assets and consumable goods within the organization.
  • Proactively support the disbursement of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Maintain a systematic archiving system for bills, receipts, payment documents, as well as supporting documents related to services and internal matters.
  • Provide support for unit and statutory administration, including managing documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Accurately record and enter ledger transactions, business payable and receivable into the financial system.
  • Check weekly transactions and incoming transfers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare financial documents, including but not limited to financial statements, general ledger, income statements, and petty cash reports.



Requirements:


  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
