Job Description

Here is what you need to know about the job:


Resposibilities


  • Coordinate with finance department regarding payment schedule to supplier So that there is no impact on goods delivery and sales
  • Do Supplier audit related to quality and supplier performance
  • Submit material data for all new incoming material to QAD Sytem, for example MOQ, lead time, supplier’s name and order quantity
  • Inform to quality team related to the quality checking when the goods arrive
  • Negotiate with supplier and forwarder related to price, lead time, and Term of Payment to manage cash flow in finance division
  • Make sure the quality and specification are in according with the agreement
  • Cooperate with warehouse and PPIC upon arrival of goods and Make sure the goods will be sent to Warehouse as schedule related to Space & inventory aging.
  • Maintain good communication with supplier and forwarder in order to get support related to shipment or delivery, prices and other things.
  • Responsible to review SOP & WI procurement
  • Develop purchasing strategy, for example cost saving initiative
  • Conduct vendor evaluations every six months for 50% of active suppliers so that you can review which suppliers are good and which are not
  • Cooperate with PPIC regarding PO process related to forecast, quantity, and delivery date
  • Responsible for managing and supervising purchasing activity from supplier until the goods arrive in warehouse
  • Do the export and import activities in according with the needs of the production plan
  • Follow up to supplier related extend shelf life RM, if the goods can be extend So it can be stll used in production buat if the goods can’t be extend so the material will be write off and can reduce for inventory stock.


Requirements


  • Technical knowledge in export and import
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Understanding of product development, manufacturing equipment, quality assurance and GMP are desirable.
  • Strong drive, attention to detail and eager to learn
  • Experience in Procurement minimum 3 - 5 years in Pharmacy or FMCG
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Indonesia
