Job Purpose:

Conduct administration activity related to payment (TT/ Advance/ SKBDN) from customer and outstanding AR reporting to enhance delivery of products/ goods.

s:

• Create bank drafts in relation to the Monomer sales in domestic or overseas sales
• Build good and clear communication with the related parties such as banking institution related to the issuance of LC from the customer to be extended to the sales team
• Produce and and monitor the issuance of Letter of Credit (LC) for import activities of raw materials, projects (goods & services) to ensure the import process can be done smoothly
• Create bank drafts in relation to the polymer sales (export)
• Be responsible in any ad hoc assignment given by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Able to work in a fast pace without losing attention to details.
• Has good sense of urgency and able to set priorities
• Demonstrate the ability to speak fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Has 5 years of experience in similar position, preferred from banking institution
• Bachelor Degree in relevant background from reputable universities
• Has strong relationship management and communication as well.
