We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Supply Chain Officer in India (Mumbai) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and enhance relationships with Producers and Customers in Indonesia
• Conducting market research and preparing reports
• Manage and develop business transactions (buy/sell) with Producers and Customers in Indonesia. Products: plastic resins such as PP, PE, PVC, PET, etc.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
• Monitoring logistics, inventory management and cargo allocations
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
• Representing the company at meetings and conferences in Indonesia and international tradeshows to promote the company’s trademarks and products.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software

REQUIREMENTS:

General requirement:

• Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations
• In-depth understanding of the polymer market in Indonesia
• Experienced in documentation, and import/export
• Experience in local distribution, sales, domestic transactions
• Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in trading polymers in Indonesia and international markets

• Proactive and can give results with fewer supervisions
• Outstanding leadership abilities, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work independently under high pressure and flexibility work environment.

Qualification:

• · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade or other related fields. MBA degree is preferred.
