YOUR PROFILE:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter who will support our recruitment process to always ensure the best candidate experience. This opportunity is a unique chance to demonstrate your creativity, initiative spirit, and “can-do” attitude.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Publish our job descriptions on different job-boards
  • Strengthen our brand and ensuring we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment life cycle
  • Support the execution of projects that'll aim to improve our candidate experience, and the quality of our processes
  • Actively contribute to outbound & inbound recruitment strategy: direct sourcing, pre-screening candidates, managing logistics, preparing CVs and materials for our clients
  • Create strong internal relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising on process and talent pipeline
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • You are able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • You are committed, team-oriented, and passionate about achieving your goal.
  • You are fluent in English, additional languages are considered a plus.
  • You have good communication skills and an open-minded personality.
  • You have 3-5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition is a must.
  • Work effectively in a team and independently.
  • You have high organizational and coordination skills.
