Responsibilities:
- Monitor the posting of positions advertisement and source candidates via various platforms including digital. (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Monitor the sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for vacant position
- Monitor the interview arrangement and selection procedures, including screening, calls, assessments and interviews
- Monitor and ensure smooth implementation of new employee onboarding program
- Support Superior with approved scale of priority
- Assist in managing Company SOP recruitment within all Department levels.
- Support Human Resources Department in conducting Employee activities and engagement program
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law or equivalent
- Experienced 1 year in Recruitment (preferably from Headhunter or E-Commerce Company)
- Works well under pressure and has strong drive to meet tight deadlines
- Good analytical thinking, communication and attention to details
- English active both spoken & written (mandatory)
- Result and target oriented.
