What You’ll Do



As a Service Manager, you’ll be part of our global Tools & Outdoor team located in Indonesia. You’ll get to:


Manage services team and operations including services networks to ensure excellent delivery of services to customers providing competitive advantage to company’s products. Manage operational performance, parts sales, inventories and service activities. Map and setup Authorized Service Center in the country.

  • Implement and maintain service related Key Performance Indexes for the
  • Work with Finance to ensure right pricing structures for spare part products.
  • Lead repair technicians and service coordinators
  • Organize service training for Authorized Service Center around the country
  • Manage spare sales, parts ordering and inventory; ensure adequate supply of fast moving SKUs whilst keeping inventory at targeted levels
  • Work closely with SEA Regional office to implement service guidelines
  • Coordinate with dealer on product service requirements
  • Appoint, control and train Authorized Service Centers around the country
  • Review and improve existing service network to ensure effective coverage on support to customer.
  • Work with sales and marketing to provide support for sales / promotion activities.
  • Review and improve existing service processes to ensure quick repair turnaround times and increase customer satisfaction

  • At least an Engineering Diploma
  • Good analytical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Experience in consumer services will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office application and basic computer application. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in running service operation as well as service management program.
  • Strong management and leadership capability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
