Responsible for identifying clients' hiring needs, especially in the manufacturing, oil, gas, and telecommunication industries, and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent.

• Managing the entire recruitment process from job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
• Providing regular updates on the status of their recruitment process and ensuring that the recruitment process meets the client's specific needs and timeline.
• Performing other pre-employment screenings for positions requiring specific skills and safety requirements.
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• .Partnering with the Business Development team to understand client's hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and qualifications required for each position

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Has 2 Year of HR Recruiter Experience in the industrial Manufacturing, Plantation and Corporate Sectors
• Domicile in Jakarta
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of candidates, from entry-level workers to experienced workers
• Have a good industrial and manufacturing relations
• Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process
• Have strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and team player
