Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative who can develop our business in Jakarta. This position is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within the company to promote its longevity and to contribute new ideas for company growth and connect with new clients, maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures.

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Present, promote products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Attain sales target with a focus on target market segments in responsible areas
• Gather and collect valid market data such as retail shop information, competitor's information & etc.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Develop new business/customers and support marketing programs
• Responsible for the sales target with a focus on target market segments in responsible areas under the leadership of the Marketing Manager.
• Carry out intensive customer visits to promote sell-through and maintain and develop local sales & service network
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Provide valuable consultancy to customers to improve their service quality and operation management.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Team player, with strong interpersonal, relationship and customer management skills
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive (Minimum of 2 years)
• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive (Minimum of 1 to 2 years)
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Willing to travel within Jakarta
• Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong communication skills and local dialects.
• Able to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
