Sales Representative Jobs

Practicum is looking for a strong Sales Representative in our Indonesian team to help grow further and achieve our ambitious goals for 2023.
Requirements:

• Attend individual and group meetings with a supervisor.
• Work the clients’ objections and doubts, look for the right solution.
• Sell courses by identifying the clients’ goals and needs.
• Get feedback after the webinars.
• Lead the client to his/her dream: learning Data Science or Web-Development.
• Communicate with "warm" clients via phone calls and texting.
• Accompany the clients after the purchase (solve issues during the training process).
• Correct and regular reporting.

Requirements:

• Literacy, politeness, ability to listen.
• 3+ years of work experience in B2C-sales in EdTech.
• Positive attitude.
• Fluent Indonesian and English.
