About The Sales Manager (Automotive) Role


You will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise vehicle sales
  • Provide guidance and support to sales consultants, assisting with customer negotiations and complex sales situations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay updated on the latest Brand's models, features, and industry trends
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Monitor sales performance, generate sales reports, and present findings to senior management
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and events


To succeed in this Sales Manager (Automotive) role, you must be fluent in English and be a good representative of the brand.


Key Requirements


  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of successful sales management, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on luxury vehicles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software

  • Valid driver's license
