Job Description

Select Headhunter is currently seeking a Sales B2B Manager on behalf of our esteemed client based in Jakarta. Join our client's dynamic team and play a key role in driving sales growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and expanding business opportunities. Job Responsibilities:


  • Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential customers.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with distributors and key accounts.
  • Focus on sales in the Food Industry business segment, specifically B2B transactions.
  • Sell our client's products to customers, ensuring the achievement of predetermined sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Oversee the Jabodetabek area, ensuring effective sales operations
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Occasionally visit the Head Office in Cikarang as required.


Job Requirements:


  • Proficient in handling both distributors and direct selling activities.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales within the industrial and/or food background.
  • Possess a strong network with FMCG customers and industries, preferably within the Frozen Food, Drink, Bakeries, Cakes, and Biscuits sectors. Direct connections with company management/owners are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective interactions with international stakeholders.
