Job Summary
We are looking for Processing Sales Engineer who will driving the business growth in a specific territory within a market company based on industry mapping, identify, prioritize and pursue business opportunities with new customer prospects and secure future business. Develop and drive execution of prospect account plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives.
You will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia reporting to the Processing Director Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines & Indonesia
As our Processing Sales Engineer, you will
- Develops and drives the execution of customer plans aligned to Tetra Pak’s and the customer’s business objectives.
- Work closely with Engineering department to ensure the project implementation successfully
- Drives improved understanding of the customer’s overall business (marketplace, channel, competitive environment, strategy, productivity and profitability).
- Drives Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements for the responsible customers
- Ensures that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer.
- Drives mutual sustainable growth for both New Sales and Service Sales by driving a cross-functional team to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities.
- Coordinates cross functional activities, follow up from sales and project closing as sales/project owner .
Profile description:
We believe you have
- Degree in Engineering or similar
- Understanding of local market / customers / categories mapping to identify opportunities
- Willingness to travel (approximately 60% of the time)
- Ability to assess and qualify opportunities along with other functions – TS / Processing etc.
- Have successful track record of generating new business (suspect to prospect)
- Experience in food and beverages or FMCG industry is considered as an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience within engineering company
- Strong in both oral and written skills in English
