What You’ll Do

As a SPaaCH Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in designing and presenting SPaaCH solutions to service providers and enterprise customers in the EMEAR region. You will work closely with the product management and engineering teams to provide technical expertise, feedback, and guidance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams within Cisco to provide the best solutions for our customers.

You will be part of the SPaaCH team, which is responsible for delivering Cisco’s cloud-based voice and video communication platform that enables service providers and enterprises to offer unified communications as a service (UCaaS) to their end-users. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative and disruptive technologies in the industry, such as cloud, security, IoT, collaboration, and data center.
