Customer Order Specialist - Order Management

As a Customer Order Specialist - Commercial Operation Analyst you’ll be responsible for managing the E2E planning process and order management process to fulfill customer needs and manage order and delivery satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with supply chain team in demand planning processes
• Reporting and analytics to improve the overall processes
• Monitor and drive delivery reliability
• Work closely with commercial team in sales forecast planning and execution
• Manage order allocation as per the handshake between supply chain and commercial team

Your Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa
• Full legal authority to work in Indonesia without the need for company sponsorship
• Agile and resilience with numbers
• SAP working experience is an advantage
• Cross function collaborator
• At least 3 years of customer order management experience
• Experience in managing complex process of supply chain/sales administration/sales analytics
• Self and fast learner and have a persistence to deliver the result in timely manner
