About The Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities

• Memastikan & melaksanakan semua aktivitas input dokumen transaksi ke dalam system didasari secara tertulis dan disetujui yang berwenang sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku;
• Memastikan & melaksanakan hasil pemeriksaan akhir hari kerja berupa bukti/dokumen dengan aktivitas input yang dilakukan oleh Account Processing Staff telah diperiksa dan disetujui kemudian didokumentasikan.
• Memastikan setiap open item/ unmacht item (bila ada) didukung dengan penjelasan yang akurat dan bukti pendukung yang benar;
• Melaksanakan end of day reconciliation dan didokumentasikan;
• Memastikan & mengkoordinasikan input transaksi ke system dilakukan secara disiplin;

Job Requirements

• Memiliki pengalaman perbankan minimal 2 thn
• Pendidikan minimal S1
• Memiliki kemampuan MS excel / MS Access dalam mengolah data
