Account Payable Executive Jobs

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager/assistant manager with AP and treasury activities as required.
• Assist the manager/assistant manager in journalizing every day, week, and month.
• Verify petty cash and supporting evidence received carefully and thoroughly.
• Checking the completeness of invoice documents for payment.
• Prepare data requests from auditors.
• Ability to work independently with deadlines.
• Documenting all transactions every day.
• Receive, verify and recapitulate invoice documents from internal and external vendors.
• Perform AP journalizing for invoices.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail, honesty, responsibility, fast learner and able to work together in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance department (experience in retail business is preferred).
• Experience in SAP system is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or related field from reputable university.
• Computer literate including proficiency with Ms. Office, especially formulas related to Ms. Excel.
