Hr Payroll Supervisor Jobs

Responsibilities

• Preparing employees' compensation by the end of each month using HRIS system

• Calculating Payroll, Allowance, and THR

• Managing BPJS Health and BPJS Labor

• Calculating Income tax for employee

• Report on Payroll expenses

• Managing Medical Insurance

• Answer questions about compensation benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions

• Maintain personnel record information, including payroll, leave accrual record, allowance, and other HR related data

• Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similiar system operations and settings for users

• Provide new user training to HRIS System and administrative processing for HR users

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any fields

• Proven experience 2 years in Compensation Benefit Payroll

• Excellent in data management annd outstanding skill in Excel

• Aptitude for problem solving and thorought knowledge of HR procedures and policies

• Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical system, when necessary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
