What We Ask

  • Experience in dairy/ pharmacy at least 2 years or more in the same position or minimum 4 years as Medical Representative

Vacancy Description


  • Develops and maintains professional working relationship with all stake-holders of IF business (sales team, distributors, etc.) - to ensure product availability & its processes
  • Provides related data to SN RM, to support the value-added partnership program includes the risk and benefits of the proposed proposal, as well as reporting system in medical marketing.
  • Monitors and evaluates government policy related to infant formula in the respective business territory.
  • Support the team to translate area potential to quality demand.
  • Coordinates MR in updating customer master list on quarterly basis
  • Supervise the execution of all medical marketing programs and focuses on all aspects of the Building Business Partnership to establish mutual partnership with targeted health-care professionals and related medical societies (IDAI, IBI, POGI, etc.)
  • Safeguard compliant business conduct of his/her team.
  • Continuously improves and develops required skills and knowledge through self-learnings, seeks out other perspectives and feedback to improve business performance.
  • Makes plan and submit related reports through IMPACT - Integrated Medical Partnership And Controlling Tool
  • Conducts field coaching activities with focused development plan to the MR/ SMR, and make necessary corrective action plan.
