Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Actively participate within Digital & Performance team to achieve business growth.
  • Manage and respond to high volume of incoming sales enquiries received by e-mail, live chat, WhatsApp, and other primary channels with high quality of services and performance standards
  • Accurately record all interactions with leads in the CRM system
  • Clearly communicate product information to customers across various mediums in a manner that engages, educates, and influences them to take action
  • Build a solid pipeline from MQL to SQL by identifying clients through calls and personal approaches
  • Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)


Qualifications :

  • Demonstrates drive, passion, and agility in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable to work with software and technology platforms. Prior experience in using CRM is preferred
  • Able to swiftly understand the company’s solutions to be further communicated to clients and liaise with relevant stakeholders accordingly
  • Minimum 2+ years of working experience in lead generation or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong communication skill to interact with clients and management
  • Self-starter and target-oriented individual with an ability to work under pressure
