Job Description

Primary responsibility:

Oversee the organization and people development initiatives, employee branding, culture, employee experience and engagement, managing events, and conducting employee surveys within the organization. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other members of the HR team to identify and implement best practices that will enhance the capabilities of the employees, improve employee engagement, and increase the overall effectiveness of the organization.

  • Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote fairness and equity in the workplace.
  • Manage communication channels, such as the company internal website, to ensure employees have access to relevant information and resources.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Plan and execute employee events, such as employee recognition programs, team-building events, and company-wide meetings.
  • Design and implement training programs that improve the skills and capabilities of employees, as well as help to foster a learning culture within the organization.
  • Develop and implement employee branding strategies that enhance the reputation of the organization and attract top talent.
  • Work with other HR team members to develop and implement action plans based on survey results and other feedback to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies that improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being.
  • Lead culture experience initiatives that build a strong sense of belonging and alignment with the company values.
  • Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback on employee satisfaction, engagement, well-being, and analyze the results to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that promote employee engagement and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, including managers, employees, and external partners.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on organizational & people development, culture, experience & engagement, event management, employee surveys, and employee branding.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.
