Mission

Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
The Payroll Analyst mission is accurate and timely completions of assigned processes to support a positive employee experience in all matters of payroll execution. Front line validation of data accuracy is essential
Key Expected Achievement

• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
• Professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received
• Ensures compliance with local laws, company & Michelin’s standards, and best practices.
• Process employee leaves to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions.
• Alert management of discovered noncompliance or data quality issues
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.

Qualification

• Experience with payroll tax calculations and filings.
• Advanced experience in Excel Formula.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
• Good communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong computer application and payroll system.
• The minimum of experience is 5 years in the payroll process.
