Job Description

About Our Client
The client is one of the well known FMCG company.

  • Lead contract negotiations and manage agreements with key accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, using data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for key account strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, building relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer and market data to identify trends and opportunities, and use insights to inform account plans and strategies.
  • Develop and execute account plans for key customers, including sales forecasts, promotional plans, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, building strong partnerships and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
  • Exposure to Modern Trade / HABA Channel would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing relationships with key accounts and driving sales growth.
