YOUR ROLE :

This role is based in Indonesia and reports to the Head of Commercial Marketing, SEA. In order to be successful in this role, the person should be a self-starter and has experience working in the industry. Strong communication skill is important due to the requirement to collaborate with various stakeholders in countries. In addition, this person should be flexible to travel within SEA, as required.

• Establish a network with global strategic accounts or regional strategic accounts to understand market trends in SEA
• Collaborate with APAC segment leaders and countries’ teams on account mapping for focused sub-segments
• Evaluate campaign execution performances with the countries marketing team and provide recommendations for future executions
• Proficient in content creation for sub-segment workflows by collaborating closely with the regional portfolio team
• Assess global landing pages/contents which should be prioritized in local websites and collaborate with various stakeholders to generate content specific to SEA requirements
• Provide scientific expertise and training for industrial sub-segment workflows
• Represent SEA for global franchise calls. Highlight challenges faced and get support from global/APAC stakeholders
• Shape segment strategies in SEA countries and identify focus areas in each country
• Establish market intelligence across various sub-segments by collaborating closely with various stakeholders
• Monitor and track countries' marketing plans for the responsible segments and orchestrate resources

WHO YOU ARE :

• Creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Nanoscience, Industrial Chemistry, and related fields
• Previous experience managing marketing projects including, prioritizing, and implementing a strategy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced life science environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and etc.), Tableau, CRM (SFGD)
• 7+ Experience in Life Science Industry is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
