About the Team:

As a Back End Engineer, you will work with some of the most talented minds in the world, collaborating with fellow Developers, Product Managers, User Experience Designers and Operation Engineers to build user-centric, business-critical functionalities that delight both internal businesses and external end-users.

:

• Responsible for the formulation and optimization of the team's R&D process, and cooperate with the SZ(China) R&D team to continuously improve delivery capabilities and delivery quality
• Participate in the company's promotional activities, responsible for the dependency analysis, resource evaluation, and emergency plan design of related systems
• Lead the demand analysis of key projects, the design and implementation of technical solutions, and actively promote the launch
• Responsible for the construction of the background structure and system upgrade of the logistics related business
• Responsible for the target dismantling and team management of the logistics team
• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of related systems to ensure the stability and reliability of the system

Requirements:

• Experience in massive data processing and large-scale distributed system design and development is preferred;
• Familiar with multi-threading, network programming, distributed architecture, cache, message mechanism and other technologies, familiar with the architecture of common systems, and have certain experience in system tuning;
• Familiar with the application and optimization ideas of commonly used relational databases such as SQL and MySQL, familiar with mainstream NoSQL technologies and applications such as Redis, ES, HBase, and those with large-scale system design and development experience are preferred;
• Proficiency in Go language, solid programming ability in linux environment, and understanding of linux operating mechanism and principles;
• Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, more than 6 years of relevant work experience, familiar with logistics business or business gateway is preferred;
• Optimistic and positive, serious and responsible, strong executive ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork skills.
• Good product awareness, focus on data, and take product effect as an important driving factor for work;
• More than 2 years of team management experience, experience in cross-regional management and cooperation is preferred;
