Good experience with SDLC practices of Agile or Test-Driven Development (Lean, Scrum, XP, or similar)

Experience in the testing on large complex projects/programs

Having experience manage a team would be an advantage

To cooperate with stakeholders for applications development such as requirement gathering, software solution design, testing + supporting.

To share knowledge to local Systems + Process teams on relevant topics.

At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar role

To implement + support the usage of the entire system landscape through efficient + optimal system configurations achieving operational excellence.

To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, review + action planning together with stakeholders.

To align your sales efforts with Customer Care Location (CCL) Managers, Pricing + Sea Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.

Min. 1 - 2 years in logistics/cross border experience

Strong experience in at least one of the following function: Production Planning, Procurement, Cost Management, Logistics & Distribution

Bachelor's degree in top tier university in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or similar

Logistic provider KPI and Cost management

Several years of experience in automobile MNC (Logistics and Customs field)

Having a good knowledge of up to date Import-exports procedures.

Having a good knowledge and able to determine HS / Harmonized System Code and Tariff.

Having a good knowledge of various government regulation related to automotive industry.

Having a good knowledge of EDI system (Electronic data Interchanged) for customs declaration process.

Experience using Salesforce/CRMs and basic knowledge of sales tools

Manage end to end sales process and contract negotiations as well as being a point of contact for our product integrations

Manage the onboarding, success and growth of new customers to unlock the full potential of business collaborations

Experience selling to and / or working with technical stakeholders

Experience in Automotive battery would be advantage.

Lead sales and marketing activities, including pricing, Promotion, and product strategies in the responsible country.

Develop and implement plans to achieve jointly agreed-upon sales objectives and consistently meet or exceed annual targets

Develop and achieve annual sales budget, including customer mix, product mix, pricing, market share targets and profitability

Master's Degree within MBA and/or engineering degree

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain or related field and 10+ years experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, and Operations

Executes contracts and complies with established control processes to ensure delivery and execution on contracts in alignment with business requirements.

Strong commercial understanding and experience negotiation with General Civil Contractor/ Trade Contractor and similar.

Knowledge of all or at least two of the following industry template and standards are preferred:

Monitors and mitigates the impact of change orders to the underlying business case, and partners cross-functionally to adjust impact models.
