:

  • To be involved in tender applications to directing logistic aspect, producing concept. Also to develop and maintain management information systems relevant to all tender processes.
  • Responsible for develop logistic management system and review detail design carried out by engineering consultant.
  • Ensure BDF Logistic & distribution design suitable for BDF business process and meet local legal requirement are always implemented during design, construction and commissioning work.


Your Tasks:

  • Connect the internal and external relationships by creation of clear KPI’s.
  • Project management and development of implementation processes
  • Defining and implementing a future-ready concept for factory logistics incl. inbound, outbound operations, warehousing and material provision to production
  • Build & implement a robust supplier management framework for all operational suppliers across multiple supply categories appropriately segmented, through effective SLAs and KPI metrics
  • E2E Logistic & RM/PM logistics concept (material flow & system delivery)
  • Development of new (optimized) processes and procedures for the distribution & logistics function.
  • Focus continuously on EHS, Quality and Productivity.
  • Investigating and defining digitalization use cases to optimize logistics operations.
  • Direct delivery concept design & implementation execution
  • Understanding SAP logistic module & relation with 3rd Party
  • Distribution & Logistics project set-up, planning & execution.


Your Profile:

  • Experience in SAP (preferably with Distribution, Logistics, Trade modules)
  • High understanding of Distribution & Logistics processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication negotiating skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiar on logistic software simulation is an advantage.
  • Strong reliability, stress resistant
  • Experience / involving executing build capital projects.
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience.
  • Ability to build constructive business relationships and gain the trust of others, including anticipating, mitigating and resolving conflicts across workgroups.
  • Experienced with Supply Chain Management
  • Willing to work in Temporary Contractual for 2 years.
