We are looking for passionate and interested people to join our Operations team asSupply Chain Officer (Outbound)! As part of ourSupply Chain Officer (Outbound)team, you will be responsible for the inventory management and reporting of raw, packaging, and finished goods based on MRP, Support, manage, and drive continuous improvement for outbound supply chain issues.

Responsibilities

• Support, manage, drive continous improvement for outbound supply chain issues
• Collect, support and manage warehouse managemenet system for fulfillment order
• Ownership of warehouse readiness for handling a significant increase in volume, including identification of improvements required and driving of implementation
• Verifying supplier compliance, weekly reviewing, tracking on supplier's compliance status, and closing all supplier's purchase.
• Responsible for the Inventory management and reporting of raw, packaging, and finished goods based on MRP
• Logistics day-to-day oversight of 3PL and Inventory is being adhered to deliver package on-time delivery with a right accuracy

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively make complex decisions with limited time and information and can determine decision making criteria based on priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines with internal and external resources.
• Great communication and ability to build a rapport with stakeholders (internal and external)
• Excellent analytical, planning & problem-solving skills, and proven ability to develop and deliver executable actions to drive improvements
• Proactively seek out and drive inventory management and drive continuous improvements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics or related fields.
• 1 year of work experience in supply chain and projects management with a clear competence in SC planning, analytics, and technology.
