More than 6 years of experience in software backend testing

Good experience with SDLC practices of Agile or Test-Driven Development (Lean, Scrum, XP, or similar)

Experience in the testing on large complex projects/programs

Having experience manage a team would be an advantage

To cooperate with stakeholders for applications development such as requirement gathering, software solution design, testing + supporting.

To share knowledge to local Systems + Process teams on relevant topics.

At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar role

To implement + support the usage of the entire system landscape through efficient + optimal system configurations achieving operational excellence.

To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, review + action planning together with stakeholders.

To align your sales efforts with Customer Care Location (CCL) Managers, Pricing + Sea Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.

To regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers + team.

To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products.

To report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.

To align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers.

To maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.

Strong experience in at least one of the following function: Production Planning, Procurement, Cost Management, Logistics & Distribution

Bachelor's degree in top tier university in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or similar

Develop Creativity And Knowledge To Define Future Of Supply Chain Technological Landscape For The Client

More than 6 years' experience in manufacturing related industry, logistics in related industry

Sound of knowledge of research capability

Deliver Projects To Leverage Client’s Supply Chain Operation As A Strategic Capability And Competitive Advantage

More than 2 years of team management experience, experience in cross-regional management and cooperation is preferred;

Responsible for the target dismantling and team management of the logistics team

Experience in massive data processing and large-scale distributed system design and development is preferred;

Optimistic and positive, serious and responsible, strong executive ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork skills.

Responsible for the construction of the background structure and system upgrade of the logistics related business

Lead the demand analysis of key projects, the design and implementation of technical solutions, and actively promote the launch

Having strong knowledge in warehouse and transportation management systems (ideally SAP)

Having wide knowledge of sales forecasting, material requirements planning and purchase order processing.

Manage all operational Supply chain activities, inbound/outbound ground transportation, warehousing, shipping, bulking & related documentation needed.

More than 10 years related experiences

Collecting and analyzing supply chain data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency

Monitoring target timeline cost and productivity

Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Other minimum qualifications may apply

Two years of supervisory experience

Seven years of related experience with atleast three in supply chain planning
