Human Resources & General Affair Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee retention strategies
• Supervise the General Affairs duties
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Manage and supervise the usage of the company's inventory
• Maintain HR systems and processes
• Conduct performance and salary reviews
• Collaborate with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Manage assessment programs to evaluate employees' performance and create a good carrier path for all employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in human resources or related fields
• A minimum of four years of human resources experience
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Experience in people development such as training programs, coaching, mentoring, etc
• Through knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
