we are hiring - Assistant Manager, HR- Wonogiri Placement

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor of Law, Psychology, Economy or equivalent

-Willing to be placed in one of Busana's entities ( Central Java)

- Excellent verbal and written English skills

-Experience 5 - 10 years in the garment industry (experience in supervisor level is a must)

- s:

-Planning, monitoring, evaluating and developing in the field of HR & Compliance to ensure the effective and efficient capacity of HR in line with business operations.

-Ensure all areas of HR & Compliance are running well in accordance with governments and company requirements and all the provisions of the Compliance run, just as internal audits, external/buyers audit and maintenance documents.

- Mastering the entire scope of HR work such as recruitment, payroll, employee development, training, BPJS, PKB, etc. and Compliance's work such as government policy, buyers, system audits and document control.
