Human Resources Manager (Mandarin Speaker)


About the HR Manager role:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Labor Laws, work procedure, payroll, etc.
  • Recruit staffs and workers according to the needs.
  • Ensure company policy is followed.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts.
  • Initiate short and long term HR planning strategies.


Key Requirements:

  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, training, appraisal and any related HR work.
  • Degree in HR or in related disciplines.
  • Have a good understanding of Indonesia manpower-related laws (labor laws).
  • Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
  • Have the experience of working in a big fintech company will be a plus point.
  • Willing to be placed at Kuningan, South Jakarta.
