Solidaridad is an international civil society organization with over 50 years of experience in developing solutions to make communities more resilient — from our early roots supporting repressed communities in Latin America to our current work fostering more sustainable supply chains. We currently work in over 40 countries, on five continents, through seven independently supervised regional offices.

Solidaridad Indonesia is part of the Asia Regional Expertise Centre (REC Asia) and was officially inaugurated under the foundation act in 2016.

We urgently need an HR & Operation Officer to be based in Jakarta. S/he reports directly to the HR & Operations Manager.

Main tasks

1. Travel & logistics management including legalities
2. Maintaining HR and operations-related documents in hard and softcopy such as insurance, leave, timesheets, various contracts
3. Liaison with vendors and other third parties
4. Liaison with personnel in the project in HR & operations related matters
5. Managing events
6. Maintaining day-to-day office needs
7. Other related tasks assigned by the organization

Qualifications

• Able to travel outside the city
• Knowledge about Indonesian labour law
• Ability to keep any confidential information
• Experience in handling HR and operations/admin for more than 5 years
• Excellent time management, communication, organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Good command of English both written and spoken
