About Our Client
Leading securities firm in Indonesia

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the wholesale division that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the securities firm. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and product offerings to expand the firm's wholesale client base.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance standards set forth by regulatory authorities, such as the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan - OJK) and other governing bodies.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the wholesale division. Set revenue targets, monitor financial metrics, and implement measures to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to create tailored investment products and services that meet the unique needs of institutional clients. Monitor industry trends and client demands to stay ahead in product innovation.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that could impact institutional clients. Utilize this information to make informed business decisions and develop client-focused strategies.
  • Manage a team of professionals within the wholesale division, including sales representatives, relationship managers, and support staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness and individual growth.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients. Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard the interests of clients and the firm.
  • Represent the securities firm in industry events, conferences, and forums. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial industry.
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and the needs of institutional clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for effective communication.
  • Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in the securities industry with a focus on institutional sales or relationship management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
