Job Description
An IT Support Engineer (Law firm) job has just become available at one of multinational law firm in Jakarta, Indonesia.


About The IT Support Engineer (Law Firm) Role


You will join one of multinational Law firm company. This is a hybrid arrangement in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide agreed training and induction support to staff.
  • Provide active input and ownership of allocated regional and global IT projects.
  • Working closely with Asia IT team to ensure the provision and support of office and home-based IT hardware to agreed levels.
  • Provide first line application support (productivity tools, business applications and desktop environment) including: problem identification, analysis, diagnosis, and resolution or escalation when necessary
  • Maintain effective communications with the support centre (Hong Kong, Singapore, Colchester and Warsaw) on all support issues including problem status, escalation, policies, procedures, change control


To succeed in this IT Support Engineer (Law firm) role, you must have excellent customer service and good communication skills (both in Bahasa & English).


Key Requirements


  • Good time management, confident and effective telephone technique
  • Able to manually handle IT equipment
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, takes ownership and able to work without direct supervision
  • Good knowledge of technologies and support of video conference systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and with short notices (flexible)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience from from reputable University
