We are looking for a Head of Supply Development and Partnership to join us on our journey!

:

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the top management
• Negotiate and finalize the process and SLAs how to obtain and issue quotes, after-sales services with merchants and carriers
• Plan, recruit and coach the Supply team to acquire and operate various partnerships with the aim to add relevant products to Aman's platform
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to optimize, streamline and automate the sales and after-sales processes to quicken communication and reduce sales cycle
• Lead the effort to acquire merchants, carriers and insurance brokers to ensure the most comprehensive and competitively-priced products for Aman

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a diverse team of people and growing
• Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience coaching, training and recruiting a team
• Willingness to put in 200% and overtime if needed to get things done
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian (Read, Speak, Write, Listen)
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managerial positions in charge of brokers relations/distribution partnerships at insurance carriers and/or insurance brokers
• Can do attitude and obsession for deliverables, timelines and follow-up
• Open to travel (0-10%) if needed for future expansion or major projects overseas
• Fast learner and self-motivated and self-starter
• Experience and knowledge of how insurance products work including stakeholders, pre-sales/post-sales process, communication protocols, SLAs etc
