Responsibilities :

·Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

·Develop leads into new customers

·Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

·Complete monthly student administration report

·Present, promote, and sells our services towards prospective customers

·Develop and maintain positive business relationship with our customers

·Coordinate sales effort with team members

Requirements :

·min S1- in Marketing or Public Relation

·Competitive Salary up to 4 millions

·Good communication and analytical skills

·Have a pleasant personality, fun and able to work in team

·5 working days Mon-Fri, Saturday for training
