Job Description
Berperan aktif dalam memberikan pelayanan prima, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan memberikan kualitas layanan pelanggan yang konsisten. Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan yang masuk, memastikan eksekusi yang tepat waktu dan efektif pesanan pelanggan, penanganan alokasi stok, pemrosesan pesanan pengiriman dan faktur. Menangani klaim yang diterima dari pelanggan.Menangani tugas penerimaan kantor termasuk menghadiri panggilan masuk dan faks. Berhubungan dengan forwarder untuk mengatur penjemputan, pengasapan, melakukan pemesanan dan memberi saran kepada awak kapal detail kepada pelanggan. Persiapkan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan Surat Keterangan Asal, pengiriman Letter of Credit Penyimpanan yang benar dan pengarsipan dokumen impor/ekspor.Bertanggung jawab atas tugas admin umum lainnya.Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan.
