Country Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with developing business models to analyze and prioritize opportunities that give Bjak a competitive advantage.
  • Ability to grow relationships with senior management at insurers, vendors, and large enterprise organizations.
  • Communicate company vision to stakeholders and support translation into operational reality via various channels (e.g. CEO communications, engagements with senior stakeholders etc.)
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate a wide variety of technical concepts, and coordinate with technical stakeholders both externally and with partner organizations.
  • Lead the development of experimental business opportunities including development of baseline capabilities, definition of the parameters of success and ensuring smooth transition to operations.
  • Develop, deploy, and lead a best-in-class line of business that can unlock the full market potential of Bjak's product across Thailand.
  • Educate, train, and support the broader team to develop a holistic approach and present a unified brand.
  • Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate and close deals in an aggressive time-frame.
  • Successfully collaborate internally with professionals in IT, business development, sales, product management and finance groups to leverage the respective strengths and assets of the company to achieve business objectives.
  • Execute the corporate planning rhythm to ensure follow-through of the functional deliverables via discussions, updates and action-tracking (i.e. Secretariat for the Bi-weekly and Monthly Management Meetings)


Requirements :


  • Strong bias for action. Works very fast.
  • Comfortable in working with multiple key stakeholders including regulators
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on demonstrating the value of Bjak's product line
  • Experience with complex deal structuring, solution sales, and development
  • A natural leader who displays integrity, humility and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to senior company executives
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or the equivalent experience
  • Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
