JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the existing base of Bus Operators (BO) to increase the share of redBus’s business
- Manage the existing partnership channel and on-board partners to drive bus liquidity and revenue.
- Work closely with the product & Technology teams (both B2B and B2C) to identify and implement relevant product features and provide scalable solutions to both customers and BO’s
- Work with data analytics and marketing teams to identify customer demand patterns and align the inventory plan accordingly. ● Track competitive landscape viz. GDS providers, OTA’s etc., and develop a strong understanding of the bus operations and ticketing ecosystem in the country.
- Work closely with the India CS and seller interface team to establish strong processes and deliver the intended KPI’s.
- Successfully champion the virtues of redBus marketplace and promote participation from sellers (BO’s) on the platform, thereby leading to further sales growth.
- Proactively acquire Inventory to capitalize on the market opportunity and negotiate and finalize contracts with BO’s with an objective to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the Indonesian team spread across multiple locations (West Java, Sumatra, and Sulawesi) comprising Business Development Managers and executives
- Drive innovation with the objective of curating differentiated inventory for the platform.
- Drive NPS to drive retention and repeat purchase.
Key KPI’s - GMV, Revenue, Inventory availability, hygiene and fulfillment, NPS
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation from a reputed university is preferred.
- Bahasa and English are mandatory (fluent speaking).
- Past experience in Key account management
- Should have handled a team of Managers and a field team of 10+ spread across multiple geographies.
- 10+ years of experience with FMCG, Telecom or e-commerce organizations handling Sales & marketing, Business development, or vendor management roles.
