Business Manager Jobs

Qualification:

- Min 5 years’ experience (in Services (Labor Supply, Vendor Management Services, Telecommunication, Construction) / Solution Industry) for revenue budgeting

- Familiar and understand of using Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint

- Understand and able to create business model

- Good looking, initiative, creative, and goal oriented

- Good project management, communication and negotiation skill

- Discipline, honest, integrity and responsible with work

- Have personal vehicle, flexible to work in mobility and doing business travel

- Preferable live in targeted Area (Karawaci/ Bandung/ Surabaya/ Batam)

Job description:

- Create and exploring business opportunity by maximize current resources

- Lead and coordinate business deliveries to customer and ensure the agreed SLA are meet

- Create and develop customer pipeline to increasing grow and business acquisition

- Create partnership with third parties and develop a mutual business - Develop and maintain a mutual relationship with customer

- Coordinate with internal team and resource to ensure all deliveries and business are implement

- Create report and monitoring of P&L Business Unit (cost and revenue) all services/ solution

- Sensitive to issue and customer voice, create way-out to solve the problem and escalate with related team

- Create excellent power point and based on valid data
